At Golden Valley Wash, we are committed to providing top-tier power washing services with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Residential & Commercial Services:
Refunds for power washing services are available if requested within 48 hours of the service date. To qualify, the customer must provide clear documentation (e.g., photos) of unsatisfactory results. We also offer a free touch-up if the issue can be resolved without a full refund.
Missed Appointments:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Deposits:
Deposits made to secure larger jobs (over $250) are partially refundable if cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled job.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our team at support@gvwash.com with your full name, service address, service date, and a description of the issue. Photos are encouraged.
Review Process: Our team will respond within 3–5 business days to confirm receipt and notify you of the next steps.
3. Refund Process
Approved Service Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds or Discounts: In cases where a refund is not issued, we may offer a free re-cleaning or a discount on your next service as a goodwill gesture.
